Listings across all 30 districts of Hanoi, from Tay Ho and Ba Dinh to Hoan Kiem, Cau Giay, Nam Tu Liem and Long Bien. Posts for property outside the city (Ecopark, Bac Ninh and other provinces) are left out.

Can foreigners rent property in Hanoi?
Yes โ there is no restriction on foreigners renting apartments, houses, or villas in Hanoi. Most landlords ask for a passport copy and a deposit (commonly 1-3 months' rent) at lease signing.

Yes. Agents can create a free profile and post listings directly through the self-serve portal โ sign up, verify your email, and add properties with photos, price, and location.
How do I get my existing listings under my name?
During sign-up you can search for your name; HanoiMLS will surface listings already on the site under that name (including close spelling variants) so you can claim them, pending a quick admin check.
Does an agent profile show my phone number publicly?
No. Agent profiles show your name, photo, bio, workplace, and current listings โ not your phone number. Buyers and renters reach HanoiMLS through each listing's contact buttons; for rentals under $1,000 a month, the listing shows the agent's own Zalo or phone instead.
